What do the custom images look like?

Honest answer... Whatever you want them to look like! ;-)

Our team of expert designers custom-create each post image to match your brand.

Sometimes that means light-hearted images of people celebrating with brand colored patterns on top...

Other times it means a custom designed quote box or a helpful tip, with relevant content in the image itself.

Give us examples of your favorite style -- we'll do our best to match it. OR, just let us create for you and you'll probably find the images were better than you could have hoped.

Who will be working in my social media accounts?

Your account will be managed by a well-trained, dedicated Content Manager.

Your Content Manager will spend hours scouring the web, searching for relevant ways to position your brand and add value to your audience.

Their goal is to engage with your network the way you would if you were writing it yourself. All of our Content Specialists are native English speakers, and every single post is reviewed by a team of American editors.

This keeps the content in full alignment with your brand, and gives the appearance that YOU are the one posting valuable content day after day. Not your company... Not your compliance department...

When will my posts go out?

Your posts are scheduled in your custom RollSocial client portal, and at the appropriate time will push to the earliest available Buffer time slot for that day.

Once you start, and you approve your sample content -- we'll start posting content automatically to your accounts.

Want to approve each post? No problem. ;-)

Just let us know and we'll only send posts that you personally approve.

How will you know what to post for my company?

Once your order is received, your dedicated Content Manager will begin researching your industry, your competition, and target your audience.

We will create the first 4 posts and send them over for review to receive feedback, to ensure that we are in full alignment.

Every post thereafter will be visible in your online portal, and we will alter our approach based on the feedback you provide.

In the end, you'll be able to rest easy knowing that your social media pages are in good hands.

Do you work with personal brands and influencers?

100% yes!

We'll work with you to build your brand on your preferred platforms, and will create content that builds authority in your niche.

As a personal brand, the better the input, the better the output. Meaning, if you want us to sound like YOU, we need to know your unique insights. One way to do this is to provide video content that we can draw insights from.

You might also choose to enlist the help a photographer to perform a quarterly photo shoot. We'll take the photos you provide, add branding and custom design... And see them turned into quality social posts.

What if I have specific products, promotions, or specials I want you to promote?

Just send us an email with what you’d like us to share, the context of the post and any relevant time details, and we’ll pass it along to your Content Manager.

Our friendly Support Team will make sure your requests are fully implemented.

Do I have to sign a contract?

No way!

We want to earn your business each and every month, so there's no contract involved.

Social media content is a long-term play, and we like to build long-term relationships with our clients -- so the longer we work with you, the better your content will become.

You can cancel anytime, for any reason -- but we're confident you’ll love RollSocial, and will and want to stick around.

Can I micro-manage the content?

Yes you can!

Surprised? Don't be.

Even though our goal is to save you time, we want your feedback whenever you're willing to provide it.

You are welcome to be as involved as you want, even to the point of full approval requirements on every piece of content.

Having said that, we produce extremely high quality work, and you may find you won't need to be very involved at all.

Do you offer discounts for startups or nonprofits?

Is a Buffer account required?

A free Buffer account is required to manage up to three accounts, but don't sweat the details.

We'll walk you through the setup process, and getting your profiles added takes less than 10 minutes.

This allows us to access your accounts and schedule your content without you having to share your sensitive account passwords.

The free plan is all that will ever be required to manage up to 3 profiles.

If you're on our Gold plan, you may choose to upgrade to Buffer's affordable Pro plan to open up a fourth account slot -- or don't, and let us post content on your three favorites!

Is there someone I can talk to about my goals?

Absolutely!

Once you start your free trial on the Silver or Gold plan, you will have the option to jump on a one hour strategy session where we will extract information about your brand, lay out a clear plan of action, and ensure that your content is in complete alignment with your goals.

This takes place during your trial period, before you pay a dime...

You'll be glad you did, and satisfaction is guaranteed.

How do I cancel my account?

We understand that sometimes life gets in the way of your marketing goals, so we've made canceling extremely easy.
